"Wodefit Gesgeshi, Widd Innat Ityopp'ya" (Amharic:
, "March Forward, Dear Mother Ethiopia") is the national anthem of Ethiopia. The lyrics were composed by Dereje Melaku Mengesha and music by Solomon Lulu Mitiku. It was adopted in 1992.
