The following appear to contain bad grammar, though I am aware that there maybe a Language Locality issue:
The messages that you see are sent by other users, not by "Wikipedia management". (suggest removing highlighed "s")s
Neither Wikimedia Foundation employees, officers, board members, nor the volunteers at the email help desk, will arbiter editing decisions. (suggest implementing changes highlighted)neither
Occasionally, these users may point to articles on subjects that they feel are comparably relevant, whereas some other users claim the contrary... (suggest removing highlighed "s")s
