wouldn't this article be more appropriately listed under articles to be merged (with Helsinki) rather than copy-edited? Schwael 08:04, 1 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I've added some more detail and rearranged. Hopefully the language flows better and this is more informative. There's little available material in English to draw from, though.
