The Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection of Romania (Romanian: Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale) is one of the nineteen ministries of the Government of Romania.

The current Minister is Marian Sârbu, member of the Social Democratic Party.
