Keith Treacy (born 13 September 1988 in Dublin, County Dublin) is an Irish professional footballer currently playing for Blackburn Rovers. Treacy signed his first professional contract in 2005. He plays on the left-hand side of midfield.

Treacy made his Blackburn debut in the League Cup tie against Portsmouth as a substitute and made his first start against Coventry City in the FA Cup.

He made his first assist for the first team during a pre-season friendly against NAC Breda setting up Jason Roberts on 9 August 2008.
