The Kra peoples are a linguistic construct, peoples of China and Vietnam who speak Kra languages. They are not an ethnicity.

The Kra ethnic groups are clustered in the Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Hunan and Hainan Provinces of China, as well as the Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Lao Cai and Son La Provinces of Vietnam. By province and country, the individual Kra ethnic groups are geographically distributed as follows:

    • En
    • Gelo (including the Qau, Hagei and Duoluo people)
    • Yerong (Kra speakers, but identify themselves as Yao by nationality)
  • Guizhou Province
    • Gelo (including the Qau, A'ou, Hagei and Duoluo people)
  • Yunnan Province
  • Hunan Province
