  • Researchers halt a study in Africa after results indicate that circumcised men are 70% less likely to contract AIDS, much better than a target for a potential vaccine.   • Scientists have successfully repaired DNA using "zinc fingers" that attach and remove specific regions that are miscoded. Then the cell's natural repair mechanism fixes the segment. (wired.com)
