Jonathan Steele

Jonathan Steele is a British journalist and author of Soviet Power: The Kremlin's Foreign Policy-Brezhnev to Andropov, among other books. He was educated at Eton school.^{[citation needed]} He has reported on Afghanistan, Russia, Iraq, and other countries. Currently he is a columnist for The Guardian. In December 2007, his book Defeat: Why America and Britain Lost Iraq was published.
