ISO 3166-2:KR

ISO 3166-2:KR is the entry in ISO 3166-2, part of the ISO 3166 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which defines codes for the names of the principal subdivisions of South Korea (whose ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code is KR).
Currently 1 capital metropolitan city, 6 metropolitan cities, and 9 provinces are assigned codes. Each code starts with KR-, followed by two digits.
