[edit] Overview

The company works with investors to turn profits on properties throughout the world, the main focus of recent times being in the Caribbean. In 2008, the company purchased the 71 acre Petit Nevis island (located within Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).[1]

[edit] Sponsorship

Harlequin Property are the 2008/09 & 2009/10 shirt sponsor for Port Vale F.C.[2][3] The deal is believed to be in the region of £100,000,[4] a figure Vale Chairman Bill Bratt described as 'record breaking'.[5]

The company is also looking to invest £500,000 into the club; around £340,000 of which will come from purchasing 24.9% of the club’s shares, boosted by a £150,000 loan to top-up their initial investment. Rumours were circulated that the company were looking to replace the clubs stadium Vale Park with a supermarket, these accusations were furiously denied by Harlequin Property and Vale Chairman Bill Bratt.[6][7]
