[edit] Master of Business Administration in International Management (full-time and part-time)

The MBA programme is directed towards students who already hold a university degree and can present work experience. The programme is conducted via small classes and has an international focus and hands-on approach. As a result of which, participants in the MBA programme come from various backgrounds and classes are usually made up of 60% and more non-Germans. Thus, social competence is key to study success.

The part-time programme is directed towards working professionals who are taking classes in Leipzig on two weekends a month. The general management approach focusses on the topics leadership and global experience. This content, as well as all core disciplines of economics, are being taught in mandatory core courses. Electives are interdisciplinary and reflect current management challenges.

The full-time MBA is a 18-month programme starting in September of each year. Requirements are a university degree, work experience, two letters of recommendation as well as the GMAT. The part-time MBA programme starts in January of each year and runs for 24 months. In addition, work experience of at least three years is required.
