Česky: Vlajka města Zlín. List praporu tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů (modrý – žlutý – modrý – žlutý – modrý) ve vzájemném poměru 1:1:2:1:1. Ve středu na modrém pruhu je osmicípá žlutá hvězda.
