Edoardo Amaldi

Edoardo Amaldi (5 September 1908 – 5 December 1989) was an Italian physicist.
He was born in Carpaneto Piacentino and died in Rome.
He was the co-founder of CERN, ESA, and the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics.
