Edgard Pisani (birth October 9, 1918, in Tunis) was a french politician. His parents were Maltese immigrant. He studied at Khâgne. His second marriage was with the daughter of André Le Troquer.
He has belong to various governments. Between August 24, 1961 and January 8, 1966, he was Ministers of Agriculture. He has been a member of the Senat, and of the Parliament.
From 1988 unitl 1995, he was president of Arab World Institute. Since 1992, he is a member of the French Economic and Social Council.
