Carlos Alberto Ferreira Cabral (born 2 January 1945[1]) is a Brazilian football manager nicknamed Cabralzinho[2] who last managed Espérance of Tunisia, a position he held from May 2008[3] to November 2008.[4] He previously managed Espérance in 2007.[5][6]

Cabralzinho played for Santos, São Bento, Fluminense, Palmeiras and Bangu.[1]

He began his coaching career in 1979,[7] and previous clubs include Santos in Brazil (1995)[7] and Zamalek in Egypt for two spells - between 2002 and 2003[7][8] and between 2004 and 2005.[2][9] While at Zamalek he reportedly turned down offers from rivals Al-Ahly, as well as the Egyptian national side.[10]
He has also managed in Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE.[7]
