The 1975 FA Cup Final was contested by West Ham United and Fulham at Wembley. West Ham won 2–0, with the two goals scored by Alan Taylor.
The 1975 West Ham United team has the distinction of being, as of 2009, the last all-English team to win the FA Cup.
It also remains the only occasion that Fulham have appeared in an FA Cup final.
